I don't think there's much data to support it. More, there's a great deal of data to support systemic, negatively impactful, discriminatory exercise of societal power against blacks... but I'm not sure how much either perception matters unless and until blacks have something remotely like the power whites do. Racism without power is just noise.
I've listened to and read a number of voices in that movement. I'm thinking that you haven't if this is what you're taking away.
Then shame on the right, because in my lexicon conservatives aren't enemies of free speech and dissent, especially not where that dissent serves the republic by addressing corruption and an offense against the founding principles of our compact.

The only observation that has merit is the one in which women often never see prison for the same crimes men commit, regardless of if they are repeat offenders or have a history of alarming circumstances such as drug abuse or family abandonment.
Black men find their selves in prison because the majority of the black community in this country comprise of fatherless households and mythologize criminal activity.
Judges aren't far and wide just blatantly sending people to prison based on their skin color-- that is, outside of domestic courts where the bias most typically flows in women's favor.
What you all spout is fantasy.
There was a police department forced to discontinue the use of black silhouettes and replacing them with blue ones.
