Awoke at 9:30 this morning. Lifted my arm, to fetch the coffee can. Poured 4 tablespoons, in strict motion, into reliable "Mr. Coffee." Jogged to couch. Waited for coffee to brew. Walked strictly back to fetch said coffee. Ate 3 "Mr. Cookie Bars." Went outside, and drop kicked the neighborhood stray, stupid cat.

Returned home.


Took a nap.

Soon you'll be lifting beds in the sunlight again, saint john!

(Thursday workout)

Bench: 257.5 x 3 x 4
Overhead Press: 147.5 x 3 x 4
Sissy Squats: 100 x 5 x 2

Pork chops, chicken, diet dew

Sunday night work out:Walked briskly to Quick Trip, which is 400 yards away, for 4 25 oz. Bud Light's(I am in training again), 6 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, 2 8 oz. Planter's Cashew packets, and 1 diet coke(training). Walked 100 yards, took a breather on the side walk, and ate 2 Twinkies, that I forgot were in my pocket. Walked determinedly, the last 300 yards. Kicked a stone, and tin can, along with the stupid neighborhood stray cat.

Guzzled down 1 1/2 cans of Bud Light, and 18 Lay's potato chips, 2 Reese's.


Stretched, yawned. Took a nap.

Woke up, pressed TV remote firmly, and watched re-runs of "Matlock," on my Beta Max VCR.

Took another sissy nap.
