As some of you may know, I was down sick with a nasty summer virus combined with taking the wrong vitamins. The iron in the pills goofed things up. I am pretty much recovered. Well my sister is down with the bug and she is a whole lot sicker than I was. She probably caught a more virulent strain. She has been confined to bed a whole week now. This virus takes about a month to run its course. Keep her in your prayers.

Especially after 60+ days of triple-digit heat.

Ditto my friend. I love my country. We have faults and we try to correct them. We adhere to rule by law and separation of church and state (quite different from those who would bar religious practice entirely). The idea of equality before the bar of justice is upheld and fought for.
