The Lord Himself and the 12 preached the gospel of the kingdom for three years while the Lord walked the earth (Matthew 4:23 KJV).

The gospel Paul received and preached is that Christ died for our sins, that He was buried and rose again the third day (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV).

There is no way those two gospels are the same.

According to scripture did Paul preach the gospel of the kingdom of God?

According to scripture did Jesus preach the gospel of the kingdom of God?

Didn't Jesus say that He would die for our sins and rise again the third day?

You tell us. Did He?

Oh sorry, yes He did:

Luke: 24. 46. And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: 47. And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Oh sorry, no He didn't. You are back-reading later revelation into prior texts.

He did not say here that He died as the sacrifice for the sins of each individual in the entire world. It is true that He did so, but He did not say it and no one knew it yet. No one knowingly preached that message as the saving Gospel until it was revealed to Paul.

You are quite correct, however the inference is clear.

Don't make the grave error of assuming Peter, James, John and Stephen preached Christ's death, burial and resurrection for the sins of Jews and Gentiles alike and without distinction, on the basis of faith alone, entirely apart from national Israel. They did not know that at the time.

Would you also say John didn't know Jesus was the Word made flesh (Jn 1:14) until Paul revealed it. Oops, maybe he didn't reveal it. What do you think?

Huh....maybe the OT has the answer. wadya fink?

Yes, Jesus said he came to fulfill the Law and the Prophets. One of the stipulations of the law is this:

Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: When you come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest. He shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted on your behalf; on the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it. (Leviticus 23:10-11 NKJV)

Was Jesus the firstfruits of the kingdom of God?

But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming. (1 Corinthians 15:23 NKJV)

Eph 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

They preached according to the revelation they had at the time. Peter was to receive later revelation concerning the Gentiles and the gospel in its entirety was proclaimed to Jew and Gentile alike for in Christ there is neither as Paul would later say.

Jesus Christ ministered to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, Matthew 15:24 he was in the process of fulfilling the law.

whereas with the advent of this age of grace on the day of Pentecost, the law was fulfilled, therefore, the gospel of the grace of God replaced the process of the fulfilling of the law.

Although the two doctrines have some differences, there are truths that remain shared between both.

One example is that believers are to love God first and foremost in both doctrines.

Covetousness is wrong in both doctrines.

Idolatry is wrong in both the gospel period and in this age of grace.....
