Doubtful.
Being that the Catholic Church bases it's entire authority on being dogmatically infallible, the pope would render his authority null in saying such.
What he will probably do is merge Islam and Christianity into a dual religion, where one can be saved by the sole merit of faith in the Abrahamic God. Many Christians today already do this with the Jews. The messed up thing is that the Catholic Church holds to Replacement theology- yet they'd let Muslims in before Protestants
(Lutherans don't count, they're basically counter-reformists at this point. Which is unfortunate because like Calvinism, they are a mother branch of Protestant belief)

Other than the religious interpretation of "End Times," the same political, economic and social divisions that exist both internally and externally amongst nations, would continue to exist - just in a different format.
Does anyone think that there aren't internal liberal/conservative struggles within China's Communist Party, North Korea or Iran just because they aren't widely reported?
A one-world-secular-government would probably rely heavily on dictatorial powers, given that the democratic alternative, like the UN, would be so fragmented that it couldn't respond in a timely manner to the demands placed upon it.
As Christians, one should expect us to be stressing what unites the "human family" is far greater than what divides us. transcending all national boundaries - but, as evidenced in this forum, the 2016 Election and the world at large, that is rarely the case!
