The real issue concerning the King James Bible is whether or not one will believe it.

I use the NIV for some concordance but always go with my KJB. We just found my grandma's Bible. It's a Thompson Chain Bible KJV Original Complete System Of Bible Study. It's in fragile shape but it's part of the family.

The real issue concerning the King James Bible is whether or not one will believe it.

The way I see this - and it is why each believer will differ in their understanding of what they believe - the higher issue is that of seeking first a means of a sound understanding.

Only then believing said understanding.

For me, that is part of what the following are relating:

Romans 10:

2. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.

17. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
