Does it matter? Maybe. Your lovely daughter brought you lunch, so like any good mom you'd be happy to see her regardless of what she brought. But if she brought you something like a spicy hot v8 thinking you liked spicy hot v8 when actually you can't stand the stuff and you drank it anyway even though it about killed you because that's the kind of mom you are - well, it might have mattered. For sure what matters is that your lovely daughter came to see you.
