Of course it's wrong and I don't doubt that you know it. I'm just trying to get you to see that if you punish/blame the victim, then you imply the crime was their fault or choice. By default that absolves the criminal of their own choice. Rape isn't a special circumstance.
If someone imports an exotic sports car and it gets stolen and chopped, you don't punish the owner. Even saying the owner was stupid for importing it, just marginalizes their freedom to have nice things.
