I am a Christian (other) because I follow Jesus while avoiding the churches which have never lived up to His Name. Does that make me a Jesuit? My concept of God does not have 2 eyes, nose, ears, mouth, 2 arms, a belly button, 2 legs and stinky feet. Nor does God look like Zeus. I do not humanize God in any manner. When man was made in the image of God, the "image" was the soul, not his temporary earthbound human body which will be discarded in due time. And my soul is a snapshot of God; a small piece of the great I Am. In contrast, my mind sometimes uses its free will to make idiotic choices. We take the wrong turn, fall into a hole, moan about it for a while, climb out, dust ourselves off, and learn to choose better paths. Mortal life is like that.
