We're more or less upside-down in house payments right now, because our balloon interest has skyrocketed. We're currently trying to re-finance, using the monies that congress has made available, but it is a long procedure. If we weren't so close (gasoline, milk and other necessities being so important) I'd definitely give to TOL. :thumb:
