Why the attitude.

I believe Jesus.

So you think none was ever pleasing to GOD prior to Jesus?

Was Enoch not transferred to heaven?

Which means you don't believe Jesus. See how simple that is. You believe Jesus or you don't.

Jesus said that? Son of man refers to Jesus or the man in which the Spirit of GOD acts?

Hebrews 11: 4. Through faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain did, and through this faith he obtained testimony that he was righteous, God giving the testimony by accepting his gifts; and through it, though he is dead, he still speaks. 5. Through faith Enoch was taken from the earth so that he did not see death, and he could not be found, because God had taken him; for before he was taken we have evidence that he truly pleased God. 6. But where there is no faith it is impossible truly to please Him; for the man who draws near to God must believe that there is a God and that He proves Himself a rewarder of those who earnestly try to find Him. 7. Through faith Noah, being divinely taught about things as yet unseen, reverently gave heed and built an ark for the safety of his family, and by this act he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which depends on faith. 8. Through faith Abraham, upon being called to leave home and go into a land which he was soon to receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing where he was going to. 11. Through faith even Sarah herself received strength to become a mother--although she was past the time of life for this--because she judged Him faithful who had given the promise. 13. All these died in the possession of faith. They had not received the promised blessings, but had seen them from a distance and had greeted them, and had acknowledged themselves to be foreigners and strangers here on earth; 16. but, as it is, we see them eager for a better land, that is to say, a heavenly one. For this reason God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has now prepared a city for them. 19. For he reckoned that God is even able to raise a man up from among the dead, and, figuratively speaking, it was from among the dead that he received Isaac again. 20. Through faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, even in connexion with things soon to come. 21. Through faith Jacob, when dying, blessed each of Joseph's sons, and, leaning on the top of his staff, worshipped God. 22. Through faith Joseph, when he was near his end, made mention of the departure of the descendants of Israel, and gave orders about his own body. 23. Through faith the child Moses was hid for three months by his parents, because they saw his rare beauty; and the king's edict had no terror for them. 24. Through faith Moses, when he grew to manhood, refused to be known as Pharaoh's daughter's son, 25. having determined to endure ill-treatment along with the people of God rather than enjoy the short-lived pleasures of sin; 26. because he deemed the reproaches which he might meet with in the service of the Christ to be greater riches than all the treasures of Egypt; for he fixed his gaze on the coming reward. 27. Through faith he left Egypt, not being frightened by the king's anger; for he held on his course as seeing the unseen One. 32. And why need I say more? For time will fail me if I tell the story of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, and of David and Samuel and the Prophets; 33. men who, as the result of faith, conquered whole kingdoms, brought about true justice, obtained promises from God, stopped lions' mouths, 34. deprived fire of its power, escaped being killed by the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became mighty in war, put to flight foreign armies. 35. Women received back their dear ones alive from the dead; and others were put to death with torture, refusing the deliverance offered to them--that they might secure a better resurrection. 36. Others again were tested by cruel mockery and by scourging; yes, and by chains and imprisonment. 37. They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, they were tried by temptation, they were killed with the sword. They went from place to place in sheepskins or goatskins, enduring want, oppression and cruelty. 39. And although by their faith all these people won God's approval, none of them received the fulfilment of His great promise; 40. for God had provided for them and us something better, so that apart from us they were not to attain to full blessedness.

There is a place that good people go, its just not heaven. Jesus does not lie.

[Luk 16:19-26
19 "There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day.
20 "But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate,
21 "desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
22 "So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried.
23 "And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 "Then he cried and said, 'Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.'
25 "But Abraham said, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented.
26 'And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.'

God sent Jesus, and Jesus sent Paul and the other apostles. And it is all Gods Word. Like it or not.

[2Jo 1:9-11
9 Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son.
10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him;
11 for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.

Shalom.

Today is Rishon, 12-17. It is Yom, Day.

You went from Jesus to Paul and threw the other apostles in. Start with Jesus and His Apostles, Disciples, and move on to others such as Paul, establishing that he was sent with Scripture if you can.

Shalom.

lol Your an idiot. You really don't know scripture.

[Act 9:15-17
15 But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel.
16 "For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name's sake."
17 And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit."

Today is Sheni, 12-18. It is evening, night, to begin this calendar day.

You have not answered the question of if he was sent yet. The Scripture you have provided thus far has not indicated such by use of the word. This has been important in my life. This has been important at some point.

Shalom.

You have failed to see that I know all this, acknowledge your post and scripture, recognize it (the content), and have preached it, but I have yet to see here your verse that says he was sent. That is what I am waiting for, and what you have failed to deliver when asked. I have proved it to others, but you have not proved it to me. Understand what is said in context, and don't say or make something say something that it is / does not.

Unbelieving Jews have no understanding of prophecy.
When they rejected all prophecies concerning Messiah,
they applied the same rejection to the entire Old Testament.
Jews, like the poster on this thread, "throw the baby out with the bathwater".

And Jesus said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven." - Luke 10:18

So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. - Revelation 12:9

Jacob is an antagonizer. He is sent to cause confusion in Christianity. He asks questions without offering any alternative. He makes judgments without any spiritual proof . No scripture. And I get to think about others who might fall for his deception. So I refute all that he says with scripture. The mistake I make is some times I actually think I can get through to him. lol I forget he was kicked out of Christianity and he has fallen from grace.
