If a judge religiously doesn't believe republicans should be allowed to marry, should they be able to opt out of marrying them? How about a judge who religiously believes christians shouldn't be allowed to marry?

The judge was hired to do a job. If the judge was a muslim and enforcing laws that aren't in line with sharia law was against his or her religion, does the judge get to opt out but still keep their job?

yes
because there is a very good chance a democrat will be elected
if
you we don't vote for the republican

can you explain why that would be okay?
I can. Democrats don't want a theocracy and are usually a little less corrupt but still very corrupt.

If you would have taken the time to actually read the link Angel4Truth posted you would understand that a judge invoking that right to not marry a same sex couple would not be able to marry anyone else regardless of political or religious beliefs for six months. Stopping this bill is nothing more than an attempt by non-Christians to water down the Christian faith. This is their tactic used on a national scale, but some are too ignorant or prejudiced against Christians to note that.

Chrys, I disagree with you because we've already satisfied our quota of milquetoast Republicans. We don't need more.
