Amazon is showing it's arrogance. Their Alexa device has been spying on Amazon customers without their knowledge or consent. A total of 75000 customers have filed for arbitration over this so Amazon said we will no longer enter arbitration. Just sue us if you don't like what we do.
I think this will end up being a losing proposition for Amazon as it shows that Amazon has not had honest intentions from the very first. Once trust is broken the money stops flowing because very few people will do business with someone they distrust.
