I'll bet a shiny new dime to anyone on TOL that we learn he's charged with making terroristic statements shortly after YT finds some reason to memoryhole his video.

The 78-year-old pensioner arrested on suspicion of murder after a burglar was stabbed to death will face no further action, police announced.

Vincent was found collapsed 200 yards away after his pal allegedly tried to drag him towards a van before leaving him to bleed to death on the street. Vincent died in a central London hospital hours later.

Following the incident Mr Osborn-Brooks was arrested, sparking anger as his family, friends and strangers rallied round him and urged police not to charge him.

A GoFundMe page was set up to help with any legal costs and has since raised more than £7,000.

Recently engaged Vincent, who is believed to be a father-of-three girls, was jailed for six years in 2009 for charging an 80-year-old widower £72,000 to replace a single tile on his roof which should have cost £50.

Career criminal Vincent was from a notorious crime family and two of his cousins were jailed following a series of distraction burglaries in which they stole First World War medals in 2007 and targeted a housebound 90-year-old woman.

'WON'T REST 'TIL THEY GET REVENGE' OAP Richard Osborn-Brooks received chilling threats from burglar Henry Vincent’s pals after he stabbed raider to death – and now he ‘lives in fear’
Richard Osborn-Brooks, 78 — cleared by murder- probe cops — is in hiding with wife Maureen. Friends say he is worried that associates of career criminal Henry Vincent may come after them And now a former acquaintance of dead burglar Henry Vincent says that the late crook, 37, has pals who "won't rest until they get their revenge" for killing "one of their own".

They told Mail Online: "I know that Henry Vincent would have killed the pensioner first if he could have got away with it, but they will act like he’s the victim in all of this.

"This poor man and his wife won’t be safe going back into their own home.

"Anything could happen."

Mr Osborn-Brooks' property has been boarded up Friends of the OAP have said he is worried about revenge attacks.

A second raider, named by sources as Billy Jeeves, 28, is still on the run.

A pal said: “Richard doesn’t want to go home.

"He’s relieved to be in the clear but is not celebrating. “He’s genuinely sorry about what happened to Vincent but felt he had no choice.

"The police are still very concerned for him and his wife who has arthritis.”
The couple’s home in Hither Green, South East London, remains secured by shutters and monitored by a street camera as cops hunt Jeeves.

Earlier today, friends and family of Vincent created a shrine of floral tributes outside Mr Osborn-Brooks home.

They left balloons, banners, flowers and cards on fences and lampposts outside the hero pensioner's terraced house.

The Metropolitan Police said in a statement: "Jeeves has links to Orpington and Swanley in Kent, and Cambridge.

"Police also want to hear from anybody who may have seen his vehicle, a white Vauxhall Astra van with registration GU52 AXT - in the days and hours before and after the burglary.

"The van was found burnt out and destroyed on the evening of Saturday, 7 April in Star Lane, near Hockingdon Lane in Orpington, Kent.
