In fact I posted on the first page of this thread that Trump's plan to reopen the economy by Easter would not happen because his advisors would get through to him and not let him do it, and of course that is what happened.
I would have let this thread sink weeks ago but people like "ok doser" keep posting here and bumping it up.
He never intented to open it on Easter.
And this mindless response tells me everything I need to know.

Donald Trump shut down the biggest economy in the history of the world, the single most outragious leftist, command and control, big government act that any president has ever taken it upon himself to even attempt and still all you whinning snivling cry baby leftist can do is find fault because he didn't leave it shut down long enough to collapse to whole system and because you're scared he's going to put someone on the Supreme Court that will help recriminalize the murder of babies.
Actually, he didn't do much at all, but left it to the states.
And the absolute best thing to do for the economy was to shut everything down quickly, and get this over with. Not shutting down would have been a disaster for the economy.

That's very debatable indeed! This isn't the first pandemic that has happened and we never shut down the economy before. That's beside the point anyway. The fact is that no U.S. President has ever even attempted such a thing before and the public just went right along with it because they were scared. Now that they aren't so scared, things will get back to normal in pretty short order and, if we're lucky, very lucky, the left won't realize what they've just been taught how to do by the supposedly conservative president that is currently in the Whitehouse.

I don't think there is one. At least not one that is in any way consistent. What, for example, makes them think that it's right to take things by force from those who have earned it so as to give to others who couldn't earn it if they tried and who wouldn't ever even try?! I mean, there are those on the left who do such things because they understand that is the seed the sprouts their power but I'm talking about the people who don't have power and who aren't the beneficiaries of the Robin Hoods who are in power but who still believe that its right to take the money that I've earned and give it to someone who couldn't earn a pot to piss in and who spends my money on drugs, alcohol and cheap sex so as to prevent his mind from dwelling on the fact that he's a slimy leach who's life depends on sucking the blood from his betters.
