Who IS Barrack Obama? Who is Ted Cruz?

During the 2008 election, a slogan of sorts was repeated by Republicans like Sarah Palin: "Who is Barack Obama?"

The campaign one-liner was used to draw attention to Obama's inexperience and the perception that America didn't really know much about him since he was only in Federal politics for a few years.. Obama had taught at Harvard and been a community organizer before being elected to the Illinois Senate in 1996 where he served for 6 years until he was elected to the US Senate in 2004. Obama was criticized for having only four years of experience in national office and no executive experience. If you remember correctly, this was a big deal for Republicans in 2008.

Now, one of the Republicans' favorites for 2016 is in a similar position. Like Obama in 2008, Cruz has only 4 years of experience in Federal office and no executive experience.

I personally could not care less as I did not vote in 2012 and will not vote in 2016. But I would like to see some consistency from the Republicans, and I hope they will ask: Who IS Ted Cruz?

Don't think you're going to see it from the rank-and-file, certainly not from the Tea Party. I'd guess RINO's like Jeb Bush and Chris Christie will bring it up.

I don't care who is in the general election because I don't vote. You can pretend that you get to choose which tool of corporate internationalism you want to elect, but you don't really get a choice. Wake up on November 7th, vote, and go back to sleep.

He doesn't have any more chance at getting nominated than Bush has of getting elected...I would bet a steak dinner on it. Personally I think Cruz has the only chance of winning if the RINO's were smart enough to get behind a winner but, they aren't.

For a guy that doesn't vote you sure "care" enough to place your opinion on an internet forum but, you are too apathetic to check a box on a ballot for someone that is not "tool of corporate internationalism" which you obviously assert all candidates are, it is people like yourself that are part of the problem with the system never changing...pathetic. Stand up and be counted man! or quit complaining about the system which you are too lazy to make an effort to change.

I pay attention to what happens and I am very opinionated. I'm just smart enough to understand that both parties are owned by the same oligarchy and that major policies NEVER change from one administration to the next. The politicians give you the illusion of choice. You don't get a choice. It doesn't matter who wins the lection. No major policy will change. It never does. People are too blind to see it.

Voting won't fix the system. The system itself is the problem. I refuse to play ball. I don't vote for the lesser or two evils because I don't vote for evil.

Just wait until they rail road Scott Walker. He cut education and healthcare in Wisconsin. And he grew the private sector during Obama's great depression. It isn't a matter of smart, they are not on our side.
