Luke 10:25-37 New International Version (NIV)

The Parable of the Good Samaritan

25 On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”

27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’[a]; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”

29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii[c] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’

36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”

37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

here you go everyone.

Jesus made it clear how to inherit eternal life.

It is all about love. Love is the gospel of Jesus.

There are so many arguments going on regarding the Gospel.

Jesus makes it clear what is the most important in our lives.

It is so simple, yet it is hardly discussed about.

There is one way to inherit eternal life;

John 3:16 New International Version (NIV)

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Belief in the Lord Jesus Christ.

So you don't agree with Jesus' word I quoted in OP?

This is what I am talking about. We don't talk about how to inherit eternal life even though Jesus makes it so clear.

It is just amazing.

Nope. The only way to inherit eternal life is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. What is so difficult about that. God gave His best for you.

1 Corinthians 13 New International Version (NIV)

13 If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

So you don't have to believe that Jesus died for your sins like scripture says. Is that right? You don't have to believe in His death burial and resurrection? All you have to do is what to be saved?

don't change the subject.

I am talking about what Jesus tells us to do to gain eternal life and you are arguing against Jesus' own word.

You are blaspheming.

You are blaspheming.

You are a heretic. You do not believe that you must believe in the sacrifice of Jesus for the forgiveness of sin and to inherit eternal life if you do not believe that you are an unsaved heathen.

What must you do to be saved?

“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31). God has already done all of the work. All you must do is receive, in faith, the salvation God offers (Ephesians 2:8-9). Fully trust in Jesus alone as the payment for your sins. Believe in Him, and you will not perish (John 3:16). God is offering you salvation as a gift. All you have to do is accept it. Jesus is the way of salvation (John 14:6).
