He was saying all the Gentiles would be blessed through Israel in the kingdom. Christ redeemed Israel from their sin by his blood of the new testament to be that holy nation for the Gentiles.

The “to all” is to whom the Promise is resurrected...not Peter’s audience...

So yes this House of Israel...not of blood...as was the ekklesia which was already in the OT wilderness as Stephen pointed out Acts 7:38 and already then with strangers NOT OF JACOB...

This house of Israel has a foundation of the apostles Eph 2:20 Peter the rock Christ the cornerstone and Paul includes the gentiles in Corinth “you are Yah’s field Yah’s building” 1 Cor 3:9

But you insist Peter was only talking to this House of Israel not of blood:

Pentecost was one of 3 pilgrimage feasts the only which did NOT specify strangers or foreigners as keeping so only blood...Pentecost is originally known as festival of weeks a harvest festival...specifically a first fruits...so first to the Jew right?

As a pilgrimage festival this meant ALL MALES had to go to Jerusalem...well obviously by the time this Pentecost occured in the first century it was only DEVOUT JEWS...as the not so devout stayed home...imagine the logistical nightmare of EVERY MALE in Jerusalem from Egypt to Iran to Rome...of course not all leaving their girls behind...

This Pentecost we had men devout Jews from all over born in many languages AND JEWISH PROSELYTES Acts 2:10...converted INTO Jews...so ALREADY a HOUSE NOT OF BLOOD...

Peter addresses them verse 14 “Men of Judea and ALL who dwell in Jerusalem” just for the festival? ALL even gentiles?...later again verse 22 “Men of Israel” including those that killed Him...verse 29 “Men and brethren” two categories as some did not believe “men” and some did “brethren” and then Peter finally addresses that crowd as verse 36 house of Israel and that it should know...verse 39 the promise is to you to your children AND TO ALL WHO ARE AFAR OFF AS MANY AS THE LORD WILL CALL

Jesus told his disciples that He would have to suffer and die. That was not the disciples understanding of the messiah. They believed Jesus was going to take over as a phyiscal King and drive out the Romans and establish Israel as a physical kingdom. Peter was upset and told Jesus

And Jesus told Peter...

Not till Jesus arose from the dead and appeared to the disciples did they understand the true mission of the messiah and the new kingdom.

He was saying all the Gentiles would be blessed through Israel in the kingdom. Christ redeemed Israel from their sin by his blood of the new testament to be that holy nation for the Gentiles.

You claim they did not preach reconciliation by the cross? They were ARRESTED for preaching it Acts 4:1-3

They were preaching the resurrection in Acts 4:1-3

Yup...and now read the sermon JUST PREACHED by PETER Acts 3:12 is WHY they arrested them...

Resurrection from what? the dead...the death on the cross...of the Hope of Israel the Promise to Abraham and ALL nations...which they killed...Peter knows they did it in ignorance for a greater purpose...restoration of all things...and of the covenant made to Abraham “and in your seed ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH SHALL BE BLESSED”

To you FIRST in raising up Yahushua to bless you in turning away every one of you from your iniquities...”

Thus Peter’s sermon ends the one they were arrested for in chapter 4

To you first...necessarily means there is another...following...second...who is second? All nations to be blessed=restored

restored like the crippled man...best metaphor for SAVED...and Yahushua did the same forgiving of sins...SALVATION is restored and reconciliation

We are to preach 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 not just his name

I can not speak for all of MAD but I do not say the Jews have another gospel now other than the gospel Paul preaches, nor do I help build a temple. They will be under covenant in the future, but not in this dispensation.

But do you proselytize them? And of course Paul has a two category gospel one for them one for not Jews?

We are all helping to build that temple...it's US government policy...
