Appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court DBC will go after Buck v Bell too!

This is the show from Monday, November 16th, 2020

SUMMARY:

Pastor Bob's lawsuit, joined in by Pastor Joey Rhoads of Community Baptist Church, against the government for its unreasonable COVID restrictions, is being appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. Bob's article at www.AmericanRTL.org/dred demonstrates how intransigent a bureaucracy can be, especially in not reputiating its own wickedness. Regardless though, and with courage, Denver Bible Church's attorneys will also urge the court to overturn its own infamous 1928 Buck vs. Bell that to protect the "health of the state" defended forced sterilization of those deemed "unfit". (You gotta see the film Alleged on the Scopes Monkey Trial which also takes on the 1920s U.S. forced sterilization. And click there to hear Bob's interview with the writer/producer Fred Foote.) Bob also recommends businesses keep their plywood up a bit longer as the election legal challenges continue. And tomorrow, Lord-willing, Bob will get to his point about 2 Chronicles 7:14 being misused as a political prop to gin up the conservative base and get them to a thinly veiled political rally under the guise of a national prayer meeting. That verse does NOT mean what it is widely claimed to mean. How so? Just ask a true Christian living in... say, Mauritania, what it means.

Today's Resource: The ACLU Debate

Bob squares off against the Executive Director of the Colorado ACLU, Jim Joy in a televised debate on a Denver PBS station. Watch as joyless Jim hesitantly admits to the ACLUs support for the sale of child pornography. And which of the two opponents do you suppose will better know (or admit) the ACLUs own role regarding Jack "The Dripper" Kevorkian and his killing of sick people? Ultimately, the two men debate who is most qualified to govern, pagans, or biblical Christians. Another must see video!

This seems like something that ought to be done regularly by the court—to clean up old and poorly reasoned precedents. The problem will lie in cleaning up the old and well reasoned ones, which a left-leaning court will be wont to do.
