About them that believe !

Lets look at a few verses,

Jn 1:12

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Rom 3:22

even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

Rom 4:11

And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:

1 Cor 1:21

For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

Now the question is, who are they that believe ? The answer to this very important question is, its as many as who had been ordained to eternal life Acts 13:48

48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

Amen Brother, those believing the True Gospel in time are God's Elect, and the very same ones exclusively who were ordained to eternal life Acts 13:48.

Titus 1:1-2

1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;

2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

John 6:47

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.

So the scripture in Acts 13:48 clearly associates believing with Election before the foundation of the world Eph. 1:4.

2 Thess. 2:13

But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

"Then Paul and Barnabas answered them boldly: "We had to speak the word of God to you first. Since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we now turn to the Gentiles" (Acts 13:46).

Acts 13:48. and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed] In the controversies on predestination and election this sentence has constantly been brought forward. But it is manifestly unfair to take a sentence out of its context, and interpret it as if it stood alone. In Acts 13:46 we are told that the Jews had judged themselves unworthy of eternal life, and all that is meant by the words in this verse is the opposite of that expression. The Jews were acting so as to proclaim themselves unworthy; the Gentiles were making manifest their desire to be deemed worthy. The two sections were like opposing troops, ranged by themselves, and to some degree, though not unalterably, looked upon as so arranged by God on different sides. Thus the Gentiles were ordering themselves, and were ordered, unto eternal life. The text says no word to warrant us in thinking that none could henceforth change sides."

Lol, to deem oneself worthy of eternal life is pride and self righteous, so we know thats a forced man made interpretation ! Acts 13:48 stands unrefuted

So, do you think you'll end up spending eternity with God or in the lake of fire?

In Jn 3:16 it mentions them that believe Jn 3:16

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The believing ones here are those who had been ordained to eternal life.

Anyone who comes to believe on Christ via the Gospel, its because they had previously been ordained to eternal life by God Acts 13:48

48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

Amen Brother ! The World God so Loved, that whosoever is believing in Him, shall have Eternal Life.

And these are the same ones who comprised the all them that are of "the as many as the Father gave Him":

John 17:2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.

Hence:

Acts 13:48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.
