      Funny how threads morph.

            Something completely different and needed.

I would like to see a forum that is specifically done to bring all the Mid-Acts people together from across the world. There really are no good Mid-Acts websites to ask questions or hear various insights.

The fastest growing segment of believers across the world are those who have come to understand the Gospel of grace and peace.

There are thousands of people across the world who are on FB that have no place to go to discuss it. They are on the friends lists of:

            Steve McVey
            Andrew Farley
            Bertie Brits
            Joseph Prince
            Ralph Harris
            People to People Ministries
            Lifetime Ministries
            etc.

              Knight-

I am rather new to the world of debating religion, either online or in person. There are many terms here I don't understand. Can you help me with what they mean?

              Dispensationalism.

              Hyper-dispensationalism

              Mid-Acts dispensationalism.

              Open Theism.

              Thank you.

                Hey Knight,

What is your opinion on this post? Lunatic ramblings or total misunderstandings?

I am especially interested in the people on the New Earth who aren't allowed to partake of the Tree of Life.

I have, believe you me. It's quite confusing, especially the wikipedia articles. I figure someone on here could dumb it down a bit for me.

                        Hi Knight,

I tried the Ignore function again, and see that the rep and neg-rep comments from that abuser have disappeared from view.

I just wanted to say thank you for that.

                            OK here ya go....

                            Dispensationalism.
The notion that God has dealt with people in different ways throughout the course of time. Dispensation just means "house rules", therefore based on man's obedience or disobedience God has altered His house rules to accommodate the situation. It most often refers to the idea that God changed the house rules ushering in the dispensation of Grace in the book of Acts.

                            Hyper-dispensationalism

                            Mid-Acts dispensationalism.
Most people think of those two as the same. It's the idea that God started the body of Christ with Paul in Acts chapter 9.

                            Open Theism.
The notion that God has NOT ordained every detail of the future in advance. (the future is open to the degree that God wants it to be open). If open theism is true... Calvinism is false.

                            Thank you.
                            You are welcome.

No, not really. The closest I come to it is being a fan of the Fallout series of video games. I much more prefer fantasy fiction.
