So that explains why I can't access some features.

    Bro Knight,

My cousin "whepting" has been banned from TOL for life.

He has never been on TOL. Everytime he makes the attempt to sign in he receives the "Banned for life" notice. What gives? Thank you.

OMT: How come my stats reveal a much lower number of posts made by me? They are down from 15K+ to 4k+.

Access to The Woodshed frequently shows the slow burn that develops leading to one's banning. Those frequently banned are generally blue subscribers so all they see is the PM that informs them of their banning, which is usually a final straw in a series of missteps. Access to The Woodshed also allows you to see who is reporting your posts...it is nice, and sometimes disconcerting, to know who you have offended, no?

    Lastly, consider the following:

AMR, you are totally right. I sure wish I had one of those in the real world, still. Right?

I said gourmet sausage and cheese gift basket. It's nothing but the best with Knight. It's extraordinary aged and cured sausage and fine, imported cheese.

Hey Knight! If it's true (the Sausage and cheese thingy for joining) please send mine to Vegascowboy...thanks
    Gee, thanks!

Could switching to TOL really save you 15% or more on car insurance?

I think the best reason to subscribe to TOL is the gourmet sausage and cheese food gift basket that they send to you every year at Christmas when you join.

(P.S. I'm still waiting for mine from last year, Knight. )

TOL is a great, great place. There is nothing I'd rather do on the internet than visit all of you. Truly.

Ok,.....seems like this function serves more like a personal memo-notepad. One can post 'reminders' to self there, relative to anything regarding the forum, keep a record of transcripts, links, etc.

Also while at it,....has anyone noticed any trend in blog-use? I've got over a dozen posts in mine,...but wondered if its popularity is holding? - some subscribers dont really post in their blog much or check up updates in the blog section. I suppose its popularity or visitations vary. I do like that a blog-post can be 'linked' to be accessed. Just curious about your thoughts on it.
