i had one quick question.
when i read the rules before completing my registration, i saw one phrase that might be a typo in the rules.
the last sentence says:
you do not have the right to NOT be offended.
did you mean you do not have the right to be offended?

I've seen those no caps before. Have you been on this forum before?
You can insult each other and get away with it. Not that that's good but sometimes if you want to get strong with someone it's ok.

no i haven't
my laptop started acting up this month and caps are not working so well
i have to use cap lock to get caps so i only do it for God's name now
everything else goes lower case
is it annoying?

Functions are limited to newbies.
TOL does it this way to cut down on spammers.
A newbie needs to make 20 or 25 (I forget the exact amount) posts here before more options open up.
This will show that you are here to discuss and not just spam the site.
Or you could make a donation and have several more options open to you right now.
A donation of $3 will give you several options for a month.
$30 will giver you several options for a year.
You could donate today and not have to wait to make the post count restriction.
