Theology Club: Do you have to REPENT to be SAVED TODAY ??

Hi to all , and most can prove that REPENTANCE was given to Israel in Matt 3:1-6 !!

#1 , John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judaea !!

#2 , Repent ye , ( to Jews ) for the Kingdom of Heaven ,

( Jesus is the Kingdom of the Heavens ) is at hand !!

#3 , And in verse 6 , they were BAPTIZED in Jordan !!

#4 , CONFESSING their Sins !!

Is this what we are to do TODAY ??

Where are believers commanded to REPENT , to be saved Today ??

Oh, I don't know...maybe open up your Bible to:

Acts 17:30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.

Acts 26:20 First to those in Damascus, then to those in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and to the Gentiles also, I preached that they should repent and turn to God and prove their repentance by their deeds.

Hi , and I just know that many will SAY buttttttttttttttttttttt , what about here , it talks about REPENTANCE !!

And just what does REPENTANCE mean , a change of mind !!

Repentance in Acts 26 , is a WORK !!


How can men DEAD in TREAPASSES and Sins REPENT ??

Another redundant thread....repentance is a principle/theme from Gen. to Rev.

Dan does not know what he is talking about half the time.
