You will never know or see the truth in the Word. Until after you obey Jesus' commandments. There are IF's all through the bible. None of the promises are for you until after you keep the commandments of Jesus. Faith is dead without works. Even Abraham had to prove his faith by offering Isaac as a sacrifice.
