So its good news to tell sinners Christ death doesnt save ?
It's good news to tell sinners that Christ died for them. Whether they accept His free gift of Salvation is another matter entirely.

If they accept His free gift, then they are saved.
If they reject His free gift, then if they die while still rejecting it, they go to hell to await judgment.
Only those who accept His free gift are saved.
Jesus reconciled the world to Himself when He went to the cross. But reconciliation is not salvation. God has done his part, just like He did for Abram in Genesis 15. All Abraham had to do was accept that he could do nothing.
In the same way, one simply has to accept that God did everything, and that he (the man) can do nothing to save Himself.
That's what Paul meant when he wrote Romans 10:9. "...That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

So you are in essence telling a sinner that Christ died for you but that in and of itself did not save you.
That's what the Bible says... If you read it plainly.

Thats a lie. Also you deny the saving efficacy of Christ death that is not the Good news ! Thats unbelief to teach Christ death doesn't save sinners He died for.

The gospel (good news) is that Christ died for all men, that no longer does anyone have to become part of the nation of Israel (the Elect Lady) to form a relationship with God, no longer does one have to go through a priest on Earth, because Christ is the High Priest and King, according to the order of Melchizedek.

Christ died for all.
Those that live (the believers) should live for the One who died for ALL and then rose again.
Saying it doesn't make it so.

Theres no gospel of Christ telling sinners Christ died for you but you still lost. Thats dishonoring to Christ !
Was the "House of Israel" chosen by God to be His people?
Does God allow people to sin by their own volition?
(Hint: The answer should be 'yes' on both questions.)
Can a human being override the will of God?
If yes, then their will is free from all constraints. If no, then the human ability to choose is limited and constrained under a greater force and will. Do you answer 'yes or 'no' to the question?

Can you see your gospel of works salvation in your post? Yes...or...no?
Yes, God determined that he would separate out a group of people for Himself, and they would be the "chosen" people.
God allows people to love or hate Him, yes.
A human being can limit what God can do in a situation.
For example, if God says He wants to bless a nation, but they rebel against Him, He cannot bless them, because they rebelled against Him. Likewise, if God says He wants to destroy a nation, but they repent and turn back to Him, He cannot destroy them, because they repented.
Why couldn't God do that which he wanted to do? Because God is good and just, and does not reward those who deserve punishment, and does not punish those who deserve reward.
God's will will prevail in the end, yes. So in a sense, yes and no.

I can see how you might think that it's a works based salvation that I put forth. But I encourage you to (re)read Romans 10:9, and apply that to 2 Corinthians 5:15, and the chart which diagrams the Corinthians passage.
That would be an IMPOSSIBILITY.
This is all anyone needs to read about your view of God. Any Christian who reads what you stated should cringe because you have just declared that God is not omnipotent and not sovereign.
