The Elect are the objects of Christ's redemptive blood. We read in 1 Pet 1:2
2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.
Then later in the same context he writes to them[The Elect according to the foreknowledge of God] 1 Pet 1:18-21
18Forasmuch as ye know that ye[elect according to foreknowledge of God] were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

In the same Spirit of the Faith, Paul agrees with Peter in that scripture indicates that redemption through Christ's blood is for the Elect/Chosen of God. Eph 1:3-4

Christ's Redemptive Death obtained for all whom He died and redeemed, The Sheep, Eternal Redemption Heb 9:12
Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

We are showing from these series of post about redemption, how that Christ's Redemptive death and blood was limited to only some of mankind simply because its effects is only unto some of mankind, namely Gods Elect. In Heb 9:12 its discovered that Christ's Redeeming Blood for them He died has obtained for them Eternal Redemption/Justification from the penalty of sin, hence they can never come into condemnation !

He acquired it for them, procured it for them, secured it for them, so that they possess it under His Management/ Stewardship for them. This is even before they no anything about it, it must be revealed to them.

Yes indeed the Elect have Redemption before they Believe !
For Eternal Redemption by Christ's Blood is exclusively for them, His Sheep John 10:11, 15; the Election of Grace Rom. 11:5, Chosen in Christ their Covenant Head and Surety Heb. 7:22; 13:20 before the foundation of the world Eph. 1:4-7. But they remain unaware of it until they passively receive New Spiritual Life; Born of the Spirit of God, and given Faith to Believe on Christ Gal. 5:22; Phil. 1:29.
This Spiritual Life shall be communicated to all His Seed Heb. 2:16; Gal. 3:16; 29 He gave Himself a Ransom for. It's only then that the ultimate design of the Gospel, to give knowledge of their Salvation by the remission of sins Luke 1:77, is revealed to them: That their sin debt has been paid in full, thus Legally saved from the penalty of it according to God's Law and Justice !
