When can we expect this promise to be kept?
The more Trump supporters are told how dumb they are, the more they dig in. They wanted someone to smash the norms, someone who speaks their language. He meets the standard.
Dufus, evangelicals do not look to any President as their moral compass.

Donald Trump did not want to be the President of the United States and First Lady Melania was in tears — not of joy — on knowing about his surprising electoral victory.
Trump's longtime friend Roger Ailes, the former head of Fox News,told Trump "if you want a career in television, first run for president."
Not jut his campaign team, but Trump himself was mortified at the result. Winning was not the intention, rather mass-media attention that could be milked to revive flagging fortunes.
So instead of being on the outside and spitting in (easy pastime), Trump finds himself in the awkward position of having to put meat on his campaign rhetoric.

LOSING is having Rick Gates, who was Paul Manafort's assistant during the Trump Campaign and served in the Administration, was subject to additional charges and making a plea deal with Mueller!
LOSING means that Gates isn't going to get a deal with the Special Investigator, unless he has something substantial to offer!
LOSING is the fact that this makes the 3rd member of the Trump Campaign to plead guilty and make a pleas deal!
LOSING is placing additional charges against Paul Manafort!
LOSING is that at age 69, Manafort faces spending the rest of his life in jail, unless he has something that warrants a plea bargain!
LOSING is that Manafort was part of the June 2016 meeting with Donald Jr. in Trump Towers with the Russians - WikiLeaks released the illegally hacked emails from the DNC computers days later!
