A Virginia teacher was fired for refusing to use a trans student’s pronouns. Now, he’s suing his school district.

In the summer of 2018, a transgender student at West Point High School in West Point, Va., had transitioned, asking his French teacher to refer to him with masculine pronouns: he, him, his.
But the instructor, Peter Vlaming, did not comply, he said in a lawsuit. Citing his religious beliefs, he promised to use only the student’s name and avoid pronouns entirely. Administrators eventually gave the teacher an ultimatum: Use the student’s correct pronouns, or face disciplinary action, he said.
Then, on Oct. 31, 2018, his second-year French students wore virtual-reality goggles and walked around the classroom. The transgender student seemed about to crash when the teacher told another student to help their classmate.
“Don’t let her hit the wall,” Vlaming shouted.

That was the last straw for the student, who withdrew from Vlaming’s class. But it was also the last straw for school officials, who suspended the teacher for insubordination, and from the school board, which later fired him, citing how Vlaming had repeatedly ignored orders from his bosses...

He’s not the first teacher to receive some scrutiny for refusing to refer to a transgender student by their preferred pronouns: A math teacher in Jacksonville, Fla., faced reprimands from his principal in August for doing the same thing. Last fall, a professor at Shawnee State University in Ohio said he was “formally charged” for his opposition...

The Trump administration has rolled back protections for transgender people in schools, in the military and in health care.

A federal district judge in Michigan has blocked a new state policy that was implemented earlier this year by State Attorney General Dana Nessel, prohibiting adoption and foster care agencies that have state contracts from refusing to review and recommend placement of children in homes with practicing homosexuals, so-called transgender persons, or with unmarried couples, citing that the state attorney exhibited a “hostility” toward religion by her actions.
Nessel, who is Michigan’s first openly homosexual statewide officeholder, entered into an agreement with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Michigan over a case filed by two lesbians who sued the state because they claimed to have been turned away from adoption agencies.

The only problem with that ruling is that the Catholic adoption agencies are trying to deny adoption services to people who engage in behaviors that are perfectly legal (I wouldn't compare an unmarried heterosexual couple to homosexuals or transsexuals, as while all 3 are sinful behaviors, once the unmarried couple marries, their relationship is no longer immoral).

The religious freedom argument hasn't been decided by SCOTUS as of yet, as the readers of this thread learned when Trump appointee Neil Gorsuch joined other liberal SCOTUS Justices and didn't overturn pro homosexual anti discrimination laws or set any pro religion conscience precedents in the Masterpiece Cakeshop v CO Civil Rights Commission ruling.

SCOTUS will be meeting soon and deciding if employers can discriminate against homosexual and transsexual employees, a ruling which I believe will go much further than employment, a civil rights decision to be added to the 1964 Civil Rights Act if SCOTUS should decide in favor of homosexuality and transgenderism.

A federal judge has torpedoed the city of Tampa’s attempt to block licensed counselors from helping patients overcome unwanted same-sex attractions. Similar laws have been defeated in other jurisdictions. In Tampa, U.S. District Judge William Jung granted summary judgment to Liberty Counsel in its lawsuit against Tampa’s ordinance prohibiting “licensed counselors from providing voluntary talk therapy to minors seeking help to reduce or eliminate their unwanted same-sex attractions, behaviors, or identity.” The ruling, which permanently strikes the ordinance, was based on the fact that cities don’t have the authority to regulate health care.

“Homosexuality is not natural to Ugandans, but there has been a massive recruitment by gay people in schools, and especially among the youth, where they are promoting the falsehood that people are born like that,” Ethics and Integrity Minister Simon Lokodo told Reuters. "Our current penal law is limited. It only criminalizes the act. We want it made clear that anyone who is even involved in promotion and recruitment has to be criminalized. Those that do grave acts will be given the death sentence."

The bill, popularly known as the "Kill the Gays” measure in Uganda, was struck down five years ago on a technicality but the government plans to resurrect it within weeks...

Uganda faced worldwide condemnation after the original “Kill the Gays” bill was signed into law in 2014. The U.S. reduced aid, imposed visa restrictions and canceled joint military exercises. The World Bank, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands also suspended or redirected aid.

Lokodo said he was aware of the potential blowback.
"It is a concern," he said. "But we are ready. We don't like blackmailing. Much as we know that this is going to irritate our supporters in budget and governance, we can't just bend our heads and bow before people who want to impose a culture which is foreign to us."

Sexually Transmitted Disease Cases Rise to Record High, C.D.C. Says

The number of combined cases of syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia in the United States rose to a record high last year, including an alarming jump in the rate of newborn deaths caused by congenital syphilis, according to figures released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Tuesday.

More than 2.4 million syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia infections were reported in the United States in 2018, an increase of more than 100,000 cases from the previous year, the center said in its annual Sexually Transmitted Disease Surveillance Report.
It attributed the increase to several factors, including a decline in condom use among young people and men who have sex with men; increased screening among some groups; and cuts to sexual health programs at the state and local level, which led to clinic closures and fewer opportunities for counseling or testing for sexually transmitted diseases.
There were more than 115,000 syphilis cases reported to the center in 2018, a 71 percent increase since 2014. That included a 22 percent increase from 2017 in the number of newborn deaths related to congenital syphilis, which is passed from mother to child during pregnancy, the center said on Tuesday...

Gay and bisexual men appeared to be disproportionately affected by the increase in infection rates, with men who have sex with men accounting for 54 percent of all syphilis cases in 2018, the center said.
The number of men with a diagnosis of gonorrhea has roughly doubled over the past five years, with data suggesting that gay and bisexual men were disproportionately affected by that infection as well, the center said.
The C.D.C. said its figures might not capture the true scope of the S.T.D. epidemic in the United States because many cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis go undiagnosed and so are not reported to health authorities...

In addition to a risk of infant death, congenital syphilis can also lead to miscarriage, stillbirth or, if the baby survives, to lifelong physical and neurological problems, the center said.

It sounds like the indoctrination of children to the ways of sexual perversion is a criminal act. At this point I can only speculate what constitutes "grave acts". Without attempting to find the legislation and getting specifics, I believe it would involve pedophilia and pederasty and through those acts of child rape perhaps sharing those wonderful diseases that homosexuals disproportionately contract with their child victims.

A jury has ruled against Jeffrey Younger, the father who is trying to protect his seven-year-old son, James, from chemical castration via a gender “transition.” This means James’ mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, will be able to continue “transitioning” him into “Luna,” and now has full authority to start him on puberty blockers and eventually cross-sex hormones...


She was also asking that Jeff be forbidden from calling his son James – his given and legal name – and that he be prohibited from bringing James around people who do not “affirm” James as a “girl...”


Mr. Younger is worried about Dr. Georgulas forcing a lifetime of misery on their son. Transgender-identifying individuals, even when encouraged in their confusion, suffer from more psychological issues than the general population, have shorter lifespans, and are more likely to committ suicide.

Once again, this kid is seven years old. Not 17. Seven.

Note that this isn't some homosexual activist Judge that ruled on this case, but a jury consisting of men and women who have absolutely have no empathy for a gender confused child and the fact that he most likely will die years before he should because of this homosexual/gender confused lifestyle that he's being forced into.

Employing those who identify as homosexual can be expensive. Aside from the cost of healthcare/trips to the HIV/AIDS clinic, drug and alcohol treatment and domestic violence (all of the above run rampant amongst those that identify as "LBGT"), there's the cost of an employer telling someone that is openly homosexual not to act like a homosexual.


Cop told to ‘tone down gayness’ for promotion is awarded $20 million

A veteran St. Louis cop who was told to tone down his “gayness” to get a promotion has been awarded almost $20 million, according to a report.
Sgt. Keith Wildhaber said he was passed over 23 times for a promotion at the St. Louis County Police Department and then punished with a transfer when he complained, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch said.
His captain, Guy Means, privately called him “fruity” and told a friend that the officer was “way too out there with his gayness and he needed to tone it down” to get a promotion, the jury heard, according to the report.

“We wanted to send a message,” the jury foreman told the paper of the huge payout awarded after three hours’ deliberation Friday.
“If you discriminate, you are going to pay a big price. … You can’t defend the indefensible.”
