No they haven't. They have advanced their agenda of government control of the economy.

Trump cancelled his own rally. The Chicago PD did NOT advise Trump to cancel. Having a rally in the city was at best ill advised, blatant baiting at worst. Chicago is one of, if not THE most democratic city in the nation. Republican candidates tend to stick to the suburbs where they have more support. Chicago is a powder keg and has been for months. While I'm sad people were hurt, I fully realize it could have been much worse.
