The 14th amendment (as applied) is unConstitutional re "anchor babies"

i feel the decision in (i believe) the early 1900s to make a Chinese person born to illegal parents a citizen needs to be reversed. I just heard about that decision on O'Reilly...

but even if you accept the decision (just b/c it was made by the sup ct?)

it is still unconstitutional to make illegals' children citizens b/c it is a violation of our security. (jihadists and others can and HAVE.. come here to have children )

The first job of government is to protect its citizens

PROTECTION... is the gov's primary job

If u ask me, that is about ALL the gov should do

and if that were all it did, our taxes could be ... like 3% of income...

it's always a good day when no one argues... but you know..

i always thought .. something like 60% or so of posters here @ TOL

argue even when they dont have an argument...

that's the status quo around here
