Well, sort of. It was about your comment contrary.

I have written letters to my congressman about a few of these world concerns. Should you too? Yeah, I think it a good idea. I give to needs both in and outside of the US. Should you too? Yeah, I think that is also a good idea (and ACTUALLY saves lives!).

So does "this" thread make a difference? It can. Necessarily? No. Not unless it encourages you too to write your congressman. Was there some contribution you wished to make to these ideas? It isn't just about being outraged, it is about doing what we can. On this particular, we can write our congressmen and ask them to get involved. They actually do listen. :thumb:

Writing to your Congressman is fine. But praying for our leaders will have a greater effect.
