Oh! Let's all play that game, eh?

Thread shown with sentences from numbered pages. All lies!
And all yours...................

Could Dogs detect Covid-19?

. You're just the sort of moron that would let the next Hitler come into power. You'd almost certainly vote for him and go to his rallies!
Lie!
31
That's right and the only people who have him (Hitler)beat (and there's plenty of them) are people who think, in political terms, like Obama, Hillary, Pelosi, Cortes and you.
Lie!
It was no lie. You would love the next Hitler.

Did you vote for Hillary?

43
Commies, Fascists, Nazis.....the important thing is that the whole lot of you are all in favor of tyranny, collectivism, socialism, totalitarianism, theft and violence, as well as of the destruction of Christianity, and opposed to liberty and property.
Lie!
I did not say this at all but if I had it too would not have been a lie.

49
The fact is you couldn't care less what the truth is.
Lie!
Again, not a lie. This post alone proves it.

You're no more interested in the truth than is Bill Clinton.

126
The fact is, that you would (and do) support very nearly every political position Hitler held to, wrote about and implemented.
Lie!
It's not a lie! It's the total truth!

You might think its wrong but even that doesn't make it a lie. And it isn't wrong anyway. Chances are excellent that you don't even know what Hilter's policies where and are just calling it a lie because you don't like the way it makes you look.

And yes, I do think that you would trample womens' rights, including the vote. :)
You're a flat out liar. There is exactly nothing I've said that could make any rational person think that I would support any different rights for women then men or that women are in any way less important or of lesser value than men. You are, in fact, lying.

Well, here's a definition that covers some of the basics although it's hardly a one size fits all as not all people on the left or right hold exactly the same views:

"Generally, the left-wing is characterized by an emphasis on "ideas such as freedom, equality, fraternity, rights, progress, reform and internationalism" while the right-wing is characterized by an emphasis on "notions such as authority, hierarchy, order, duty, tradition, reaction and nationalism".
That's entirely backward and opposite

It has to be intentional.

As predicted you're a liar.

What's the point of even having this discussion?

There isn't one.

How is it? That was one of many links that would outline the same and as I said there's room for manoeuvre as it's not as simple as that IMO. All you can do is falsely call me a liar? Is that the extent of your debating skill?

Your prediction was false and you know it. How about you define the terms if they're so unsatisfactory for you? Or just act like an incredibly immature man if you want in which case we can agree on one thing. There certainly isn't any point in continuing until you're capable of having an actual discussion.

Eider will answer this for himself I'm sure but to pick up on a coupla points. Eider couldn't have voted for Hilary, the same as I couldn't as we both live in the UK. I wouldn't have voted for either her or Trump as they were both garbage candidates for office. Neither of us would "love the next Hitler" as we despised the first one. Why on earth would either of us want some far right wing, murdering regime in power? We wouldn't, at all.

That's what the Nazis were and you can stamp your foot and shout away all you want to the contrary, it doesn't make any difference. "Liberals" don't support the butchery of people because they're of a different race, creed, colour, orientation or political belief. Extremists on the far right do, you for one. You believe that practising homosexuals should be executed don't you? Congrats, so did the Nazis.

Oh, and why do you suppose far right white supremacist outfits often venerate the swastika, because it upheld liberal values?!

Get a grip.

Usual junk.
i thought Hilary was a liability would never have voted for her if I had been a citizen
I thought Clinton was irresponsible and dishonest.
Neither of the above opinions is about politics..

Too many people in my family were killed, or injured, or crushed, defending against Hitler and his ideals.

But I don' t get too upset by your lies because I think you're a nutcase.

As for gender equality I will remember your protestations ..... won't forget them now.

Just so.
My uncle died in a blue spitfire. My father suffered the Burma retreat and the return there. My mother drove ambulances through the London blitz until shell shock got to her. Later on, She drove the inspector general of the 8th army till the war end. My 2nd cousin died in the tale gun of a Lancaster. ......and more.

These nutters think they know about how we feel...... I feel sorry for them on a way, but they're still nutcases.

They're brainwashed.....

I'm sorry to hear about how much your family suffered during those times and always remember their bravery (not that you wouldn't of course).

They are nutcases, belligerent, arrogant, puffed up nutcases who haven't got a bloody clue.

Sure.... :)
Trouble is, in enough quantities and at the wrong time in the wrong place, such folks are dangerous.

I accept that we Brits were gridlocked in to a stupid situation for three years, unable to find a leader out of 60 million population. I accept that our present leaders are unsuitable when under any pressures, too tempted to fib and prevaricate, and with an opposition leader who seems most unsuited to the task. So we are in a muddle here.

But........ The US is set to give the next term of office to the existing President, and since it will be his last term under the (present) Constitution he won't have to worry about the voters any more, or political lines any more; he will be able to change his opinions, his ideals, his beliefs and none of that can disqualify him in the same way as our Parliament or cabinet can rid itself of a wayward PM. And so it doesn't matter who wins this November, whether a (muddled?) Democrat or President Trump..... it could be bad enough to precipitate a political change that could shake the country, imo.

Dodgy times......

Hmmmm....... let's have another.......
Don't worry about what doser thinks...... he's vaguely related to Churchill, he says, and you know what Churchill liked. :chuckle:

They can be but thankfully, they'll be on the fringes overall.

Oh, our current lot are hardly anything to shout about but when have they ever been with the odd notable exception? I'm relentlessly cynical where it comes to politics as many are which used to make it all the more surprising to see the fawning over someone like Trump. Hopefully he won't get a second term but who knows...

I've never worried about what doser thinks but I'll certainly have a drink!

There is not one single piece of actual evidence that man is causing any sort of climate change whatsoever, warming or otherwise. None!

That was the point of my Doggerland comment, which predictably went right over eider's head.

I think that President Trump will be returned to the White House for a second term. But since Presidents cannot hold power for more than two terms the voters have lost hold of him. I don't think he is a Republican President at heart, I think he is for Donald Trump at heart, and once re-elected he can slowly but surely begin to distance himself away from the voters and towards his own interests. I reckon that many who voted him back are going to be slapped very hard in the face.

DEBUNKED: Trump is Hitler? Why HILLARY is More Like The Führer

Having stolen most of the Jewish wealth, which prevented Jewish people from maintaining their businesses or starting new ones, the Nazis next declared that only specific pawn shops could be used by the Jews to sell their jewelry, which it was no longer legal for them to own. At these pawn shops, the prices were set far below market value.

Even with this grotesque theft from some of Germany's most productive citizens, the massive military buildup still required more money, so Hitler's government decided to impose a 50% surtax on most German groups.

I'd bet (but do not know for a fact) than any of this is true.

You clearly haven't any idea what Hilter believed, supported, advocated or emplemented in his country aside from murdering Jews. If you did and your comments here were true, you'd love Donald Trump who is veritably the opposite of Hitler politically.

So its either you're lying or you just are ignorant as the day is long. Either way, you're a waste of time.

There is no such thing as a far right white supremacist, except in name only. They are far more left than right and even if there are excception to this, their racism has nothing to do with being on the right politically. There is no premise that the right is based on that supports racism in any form. Racism is a attribute of the left. Slavery was leftist and we went to war to end it under a right wing President Abraham Lincoln (who happens to be the first Republican president, by the way - not that hardly any Republicans are nearly as right wing as he was). Jim Crow laws were exclusively leftist as is the modern anti-Christian bigotry that exists today, which uses the very same tactics that Nazism used against the Jews.

Of course there is because it's the far/alt right that promote it, they aren't "left" by any stretch and this is a pretty desperate stretch on your part. One common aspect of liberalism is embracing multiculturalism and diversity so how does that tie in with racism such as the likes of these advocate? They even identify themselves as on the right:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unite_the_Right_rally

Then there's the prevalent homophobia and even those on the far right who advocate laws making homosexuality a capital crime. There's nothing "liberal" about that Clete and the Nazis believed in killing them too, and did.

Lincoln played an integral role in ending slavery, of that there's no argument, but to call it "leftist" is just ignorant.

Oh, and comparing what the Nazis did to the Jews with some imaginary modern anti Christian bigotry is just hyperbole run amok...

There was no need to try again. A quick goggle search would confirm similar. I am not lying at all as you well know so if you continue with that then the dishonesty is all on you and frankly, you need to grow up. I even invited you to define them in your own terms and you haven't so if you're only here to bluster on and not have a rational discussion then please don't bother wasting both our time.
