BREAKING: Americans APPROVE of Trump’s Coronavirus Management
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukyzvzKomBQ

Daily Caller deputy editor Arthur Bloom and senior White House correspondent Christian Datoc sat down to discuss why the public and media are so split on Trump's response to the coronavirus pandemic and his rise in poll numbers based on his task force's response

I am glad that people see he is doing a good job.

Trump gets polling boost, but will it last?
03/22/20

President Trump is getting a bump in the polls over his recent handling of the coronavirus pandemic but analysts warn that the uptick does not yet represent a meaningful shift in support behind the president.

Two new surveys released Friday found majority support for Trump’s handling of the health crisis. One survey showed Trump’s job approval rating moving past the 50 percent mark, a rarity since he took office.

Together, the polls indicate that voters have been encouraged by the president’s new tone and aggressive posture in dealing with the health and economic crises facing the country after a widely-panned Oval Office address this month.

“Presidents tend to get a bump in wartime as Americans rally around the flag, so it would be no surprise that in a time of crisis the president’s approval rating took a turn in a more positive direction,” said Tim Malloy, the polling director for Quinnipiac University.

However, experts also note that the data is limited. The U.S. is facing a potential long-term long health crisis and likely economic recession, which could completely alter the political landscape in the weeks and months before the November general election.

At the moment, only the Harris Poll shows Trump’s overall job approval rating over the 50 percent mark.

This President has been given national TV exposure everyday to put a positive spin on the federal government's response to the crisis - telling the American people what they want to hear!

The problem is that there is a credibility gap between the President's optimistic rhetoric and the shortages of protective gear being described by the frontline medical staff in the nation's hospitals as they are beginning to be overwhelmed!

Trump calls for restarting economy by Easter: ‘We have to get back to work’
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/tr...o-ease-guidelines-we-have-to-get-back-to-work

President Trump said Tuesday during a Fox News virtual townhall that he wants the country’s economy re-opened by Easter amid questions over how long people should stay home and businesses should remain closed to slow the spread of coronavirus.

Speaking from the Rose Garden alongside others on his coronavirus taskforce, Trump said he "would love to have the country opened up and just raring to go by Easter." The holiday this year lands on April 12.

Trump argued he doesn’t want “to turn the country off” and see a continued economic downfall from the pandemic. He also said he worries the U.S. will see "suicides by the thousands" if coronavirus devastates the economy.

"We lose thousands and thousands of people a year to the flu. We don't turn the country off,” Trump said during the interview.

Trump added: “We lose much more than that to automobile accidents. We don't call up the automobile companies and say stop making cars. We have to get back to work.”

Gallup Poll: Handling of Virus Gives Trump Record Approval
https://www.newsmax.com/politics/approval-ratings-gallup-covid-19/2020/03/24/id/959751/

President Donald Trump's job approval rating is up to 49%, according to the latest Gallup poll, a tie for his highest on record, likely due to a bump from his handing of the coronavirus pandemic.

Trump's overall approval rating is up five points from 44% earlier in March and ties his record of 49% in the Gallup poll in late January and early February.

The president's approval from independents and Democrats has increased as well, 8 points and 6 points repectively, also tying for the highest ever at 43% for indepedents and 13% for Democrats. His approval among fellow Republicans is in the high 90s, but is not at the record 94% it was in late January, according to Gallup.

In a related story, Justin Trudeau was discovered crying in a corner having wetted himself saying "I don't know what to do" and asking for mommy.

Nah - I've been avoiding it mostly today, don't need the bad energy - what's usually fun to poke at is different today - never seen an anger level like this - leftist millennials don't handle being locked in well, apparently
