    Those.

What rights of theirs are being violated?
That's a situational question dressed up as a principle. Supra, as a principle. Can't be answered situationally without more particularity.

It used to be, 2 guys living together were just roommates
It used to be a white and a black living together meant the white owned a slave.

, WITH RIGHTS. What's wrong with being roommates?
    What's wrong with being married?

Not as an operation of law. If you're speaking to your religious view, of course you're entitled to it. If you're speaking objectively, you're wrong on the face of it.

We don't even require a couple to be capable of reproducing to marry. Don't ask if they're interested. Now if you have kids, married or not, and you want to file on your income tax we'll do a few things for you. And if you have children, married or not, the court will involve itself in their welfare.

Oh ... so your position is that neither heterosexual or homosexual marriages need protection. Got it.

60 million babies needed protection and the bad judges didn't provide it

I wonder why you believe we can't protect your right to private property so long as there are abortions.

No ... any judge who would wish to ban the right of men or women to marry based on love RATHER than gender is unqualified for to make decisions.

Same thing. Pro-abortion judges and Anti-homosexual/racists judges are incapable of representing the health and welfare of ALL. Both allow others to be harmed.
