I had a diet coke, on top of ice creme, cherries, chocolate syrup, sherbet, bananas, chased by a large order of fries(no salt on the fries-I am in training).

I also then took a nap.

How much cashew fudge did you have last night on your standing Tuesday night date?

A man gets used to having cashew fudge on Tuesday nights...

Yes siree, squirt....Tuesday nights, and on the "Ethel Page Organ Recital" on the third Tuesday of every month, from station YLRB in Mount Pilot, you get your Leonard Blush, "The Masked Singer," fix.

Sissy chin ups: 4 x 5
Sissy barbell curls: 100 x 7
Sissy deadlifts: 200 x 3, 260 x 3 x 2

Then, lasagna and diet dew.

Friday morning workout:

Ran vigorously to McDonald's, to pick up 3 Egg McMuffin's, 5 small fries(I'm in training, so I avoid large fries), and 2 double quarter pounder's, without cheese(I am in training), and a large orange drink. Ate vigorously. Walked briskly home. Chased the stupid neighborhood cat, and threw a rock at him. Also threw a pebble at the noisy bird in the tree, and yelled at him/her. Gave him/her 228 seconds to shut up.

Opened door. Ate 2 Ho Ho's.

Took a nap, until 2:28 today. Ordered something on TV, before midnight tonight.

Took another nap.
