This one and Front Page News are the only public forums with HTML turned on. It's also turned on in the Subscriber forum, One-on-One, and Battle Royale Center Ring.

There's a "Posting Rules" box at the botton of every thread/forum that lets you know whether HTML is on.

Turbo, altered the Dial-up skin and I altered the Aqua skin.
