Why does the HOME link now point to kgov.com?

Because TOL ownership was transferred to Bob Eyart, and has been passed to @Dominic Enyart. It only makes sense that "Home" is kgov.com, while the "forum" is TOL.
I'm working on seeing if we can get a TOL button on the Kgov site, but in the meantime, using the back button should work.

There should be a separate link then.
When a user is reading down a page... there is no easy way to go "home" in the forum.
The "Forums" button and the TOL logo at the top of the screen both work to take you to the Forum "home."

Also, all of the buttons look similar (blue)... but one takes you to another web site.

True... it might be nice to make home a different color or some other way to make it more obvious that you'll be exiting TOL.
This change makes use of a redundant button, the "Home" button, since it, "Forums," and the TOL logo all take you to the same page.
With this change, TOL has a proper "home" page, and "Forums" is now where the discussion happens.
Good idea. I'll bump it up to the other Admins.
