Rev 13:7-8

Luke 20:19-21
19 And the chief priests and the scribes that very hour sought to lay hands on Him, but they feared the people-- for they knew that He had spoken this parable against them.
20 So they watched Him, and sent spies who pretended to be righteous, that they might seize on His words, in order to deliver Him to the power and the authority of the governor.
21 Then they asked Him, saying, "Teacher, we know that You say and teach rightly, and You do not show personal favoritism, but teach the way of God in truth:
Luke 20:23
23 But He perceived their craftiness, and said to them, "Why do you test Me?

Matt 22:33-38
33 And when the multitudes heard this, they were astonished at His teaching.
34 But when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together.
35 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying,
36 "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?"
37 Jesus said to him," 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'
38 "This is the first and great commandment.
Matt 22:41-46
41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,
42 saying, "What do you think about the Christ? Whose Son is He?" They said to Him, "The Son of David."
43 He said to them, "How then does David in the Spirit call Him 'Lord,' saying:
44 'The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool" '?

9 Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!'" And he said to me, "These are the true sayings of God."
Heb 4:3
3 For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: "So I swore in My wrath, they shall not enter My rest," although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Eph 3:5
5 which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets:

xxxx Foundation is the point where you start your belief. A foundation is what holds something up. And the bible says that the only foundation that will work is Jesus. Now its plain to see that Jesus is the new testament. And to argue with the verses in the new testament is to stand on some other foundation rather than Jesus. Now I have seen some who dispute one verse in the new testament with another verse in the new testament. Which shows one has grown further than the other in their walk, which is ok, that is how we edify one another. But to dispute any verse in the new testament with a personal opinion or with a different book or even with the old testament is standing on a different foundation. Some people use their emotions for the foundation of their belief. Some people use science as their foundation. All these deceptions must be purged to come to Gods truth. And it is there I found it.

It all has to do with the foundations that everyone lays in their own minds before they believe something. The foundation is what all acceptance stims from. Some foundations are laid out from carnal reason and logic. Some foundations are laid out from English dictionaries-human wisdom. Some is laid out from what ever someone feels(emotions). is a little of all of them. To be born again one must purge all them other foundation and make Jesus the foundation of every belief they have. That is the foundation I have. Now Jesus gave me the logic He requires, which is the new testament. I am suppose to demonstrate the Holy Spirit. So I believe what ever the Holy Spirit tells me with a verse. I share the verse or verses and they don't fit into other people understanding and knowledge. But what should be considered is the verses is what keeps me from being drawn into their logic. When they show me their logic in why they believe, and I show them a verse contrary to what they believe. Then comes the choice, or evidence they don't believe scripture, and I do. And it is always scripture that separates us. But they cant see it, but that isn't my problem it is theirs.
I don't go after anyone, I just post the revelations. I am suppose to share them, which I do. They are convicting but they are suppose to be. And they will arouse any unclean spirits in the people that read them. Now some won't understand them, some will be convicted by them, some with pride will try to dispute them. Some cant handle guilt, so they try to discredit them. But then their are some who will humble themselves and believe them.

Well no one can find Jesus and His words without free will. It has to be your choice.

John 12:48-50
48 "He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him-- the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.
49 "For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak.
50 "And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak."

XXX We have an inner man, and an outer person. Our inner man is our spirit(mind of our inner man) and soul(body of our inner man). Our spirit makes all the decisions on who and what to believe, our soul is where our affections come from. Our outer person is where our flesh and emotions(unclean spirits) live with our guardian angel, the devil, and if we are blessed the Holy Spirit lives. Our inner man is who is going to be held responsible on judgment day. For who it submitted to. Our will is our desires to do what is right. They get covered up pushed back and blocked by our flesh. Desire is not an absolute. And will is desire. That that I will to do I do not do(Without Gods help) that that I will not to do is what I do (because of emotions, unclean spirits). So you are free to will it, but how to perform it has to come from God. So we have choices and we have free will. What we dont have is ability. We need God for ability. Now the big question is how to get God to help us. Prayer, humility, submission, changing our beliefs. One step or verse at a time.

Rom 7:11-25
11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it killed me.
12 Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good.
13 Has then what is good become death to me? Certainly not! But sin, that it might appear sin, was producing death in me through what is good, so that sin through the commandment might become exceedingly sinful.
14 For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, sold under sin.
15 For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do.
16 If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it is good.
17 But now, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me.
18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find.
19 For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice.
20 Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me.
21 I find then a law, that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good.
22 For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man.
23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
24 O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?
25 I thank God-- through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.

xxx God didnt give us our emotions, we enherited them from our parents. But they are the reason we dont have ability to do our will. Our will comes from our inner man. Will is to desire . Our inner man desires to please God. But our outer person where our emotions dwell deceive us. And the more we give into our outer person the stronger it gets. Until it controls us.

John 6:44-45
44 "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
45 "It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall all be taught by God.' Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.

65 And He said, "Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father."

1 Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia:

Read the revelation above and you can learn why.

The only people who think they have free will are those that have concocted their own religion. Those that have been converted, know for an absolute fact, that they had no say in the matter.

good question:)

I said
The definition of the word will is desire. Will is not an absolute like everyone is trying to use it.
Paul explained it very well. We have free will, but we need Gods help in order to perform it. Sin is stronger than our will. But before God will help us we must will it to happen first.

It has nothing to do with desire.

Will; The volition, the attribute of the spirit that decides. The will of the unregenerate is subject to sin and satan. As such it is captive as a slave to perform wickedness.
