I've said this before on this forum but California and Utah republicans cost Trump the popular vote. those two states are the only places Trump did worse than Romney about 1.5 million Republican voters didn't show up for Trump. Hillary won the poplar vote by 1.5 million. Not campaigning at all in California really cost trump.
