The AG's Report apparently is going to be very unappealing to republicans. Another disaster. If it takes down half the criminals that Mueller did, it will be a disaster for them.

Devin Nunes asked if the accusations that he met with the corrupt Ukrainian prosecutor, refuses to answer.

It would have been easy to say "no." But he can't. He was dumb enough to have put in an expense account for the trip, leaving a paper trail in Congressional travel records.

David Packman (whoever that is) offers no evidence but instead just assumptions.

On the other hand Adam Schiff denied that his staff met with the so-called Whistleblower before that person filed his report but now we know that Schiff's staff met with the Whistleblower before the report was filed.

Earlier Schiff said that he wanted the Whistleblower to testify but since he was caught telling a lie he no longer wants the Whistleblower to testify.

Turns out, Nunes was dumb enough to put the trip on his expense account, charging us for the expenses of the meeting. And everyone knows why Nunes will not deny meeting with the corrupt prosecutor. One of Giuliani's Ukrainian henchmen has already started talking.

Devin's in a world of hurt, right now.

The Republicans are suddenly silent about the report; it won't be pretty for them.

You aren't listening because the Republicans are not suddenly silent about the report. You have a bad case of just tuning in to the news which supports your mistaken ideas and ignoring what is really happening in the world.

Not only do you have Trump Delusional Syndrome but also Tunnel Vision.

Ridiculous!

It is Adam Schiff who got caught telling another lie when he said that neither he nor anyone on his staff had talked to the so-called whistleblower before he filed his report.

First Schiff said he wanted the so-called whistleblower to testify then when he got caught telling another lie all of a sudden he no longer wanted any testimony from the fake whistleblower.

Since you can't even understand that the Biden story doesn't pass the smell test then you are so delusional that you can't even understand the corruption that was happening with Schiff and the whistleblower.

Ridiculous!

It's a serious problem for him. He was posing as an investigator, when the evidence shows he was up to his armpits in the attempt to get Ukraine to help Trump politically.

[h=1]Congressman Nunes Won't Say Whether He Met With Ukrainian Ex-Prosecutor[/h] Devin Nunes, the top Republican on the congressional committee investigating President Donald Trump, refused to answer questions Sunday as to whether he met with a former Ukrainian official to gather information on the son of former Vice President Joe Biden.

A lawyer representing Lev Parnas, an indicted associate of Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, has told multiple news outlets since Friday that Nunes met Ukraine's former top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, in Vienna in 2018.

The claim is controversial because Nunes did not disclose any such meeting while leading the Republican defense of President Donald Trump during related impeachment inquiry hearings.

Speaking on Fox News Sunday, Nunes was asked point-blank by the Fox news anchor whether he had met with Shokin. The congressman replied that he wanted to answer questions but could not do so "right now."

Nunes has repeatedly denounced the impeachment inquiry proceedings, which are focused on whether Trump inappropriately pressured Ukraine to open investigations, including one that could prove embarrassing to Biden, a top contender for the Democratic Party nomination to run against Trump next year.

It's a serious problem for him. He was posing as an investigator, when the evidence shows he was up to his armpits in the attempt to get Ukraine to help Trump politically.

In an exclusive statement provided to Breitbart News, Nunes said: “These demonstrably false and scandalous stories published by the Daily Beast and CNN are the perfect example of defamation and reckless disregard for the truth. Some political operative offered these fake stories to at least five different media outlets before finding someone irresponsible enough to publish them. I look forward to prosecuting these cases, including the media outlets, as well as the sources of their fake stories, to the fullest extent of the law. I intend to hold the Daily Beast and CNN accountable for their actions. They will find themselves in court soon after Thanksgiving.”

CNN claims that they began to ask Nunes questions about his Vienna trip on November 14, to which Nunes responded to CNN: “I don’t talk to you in this lifetime or the next lifetime. At any time. On any question.”

CNN asked Nunes about the trip again on Thursday, to which Nunes responded: “To be perfectly clear, I don’t acknowledge any questions from you in this lifetime or the next lifetime. I don’t acknowledge any question from you ever.”

Nunes has long held a policy of not communicating with CNN, which can be evidenced in a clip from summer 2018.

This effort to smear Nunes is nothing more than an effort to divert attention away from the lie Adam Schiff told here:

"We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower. We would like to, but I'm sure the whistleblower has concerns, that he has not been advised, as the law requires, by the inspector general or the director of national intelligence just as to how he is to communicate with Congress."

Later, the truth came out when Schiff's office acknowledged that it had been in contact with the whistleblower before the complaint over President Donald Trump's conversation with the leader of Ukraine was filed.

The reason Schiff lied is because the truth reveals that both the fake whistleblower and Schiff conspired to frame Trump. Before being caught in the lie Schiff said that the so-called whistleblower was going to testify but then he refused to let the whistleblower testify even though the Republicans themselves wanted him to testify.

Since there is no way that Schiff's actions can be defended the Democrats are going after Nunes in the hope that attention will be diverted from Schiff's lie about the fake whistleblower.

Americans are not stupid and they have figured out why Schiff lied but you, on the other hand, don't seem bothered in the least that Schiff lied.

For you people, anything is allowed for the cause because the end justifies the means.

He refused to answer a Fox interviewer. He's in some big trouble, and the last thing he wants to do is deny it when there's evidence out there showing he went to Europe and met with Shokin.

So Schiff didn't directly speak to the whistleblower, but did communicate via an intermediary? And...?

There's a law against a whistleblower being in touch with goverment agencies? (Barbarian checks) No, the law says that the whistleblower must be put in contact with Congress. His lawyer or whoever talked to the committee was following the law. As Judge Napolitano says, the Justice Department violated the law in not reporting this to Congress:

Americans are not stupid

And this is what's bringing Trump down. Nunes is yet another of his underlings who have gotten in trouble. He's refusing to answer questions from Fox because it could be a criminal issue.

He was pretending to be in the investigation, when we now have evidence that he was part of the crime. For people like Nunes, anything is allowed for the cause because the end justifies the means.

And Schiff said "we" didn't speak "directly with the whistleblower":

"We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower. We would like to, but I'm sure the whistleblower has concerns, that he has not been advised, as the law requires, by the inspector general or the director of national intelligence just as to how he is to communicate with Congress."

His staff did speak directly with the whistleblower. Why do you think that Schiff lied?

Just wait until the Inspector General releases his investigation into the Obama Justice Department and their FISA warrant and you will be ashamed that you ever defended those crooks. It is due out for release in two weeks.

Then all of the so-called "presidential enablers" will have a good laugh at your expense!

Report will clear FBI of misdeeds in Russia investigation

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department’s internal watchdog has determined that political bias did not influence the federal investigation of potential links between Russia and the Trump campaign in 2016, according to people familiar with the matter, countering White House claims of deliberate partisan influence.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who will release his long-anticipated report Monday, also found that the FBI had enough evidence to justify obtaining a foreign intelligence warrant in 2016 to conduct secret surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser who had multiple contacts with Russian officials, the people said.

The report’s findings are expected to effectively reject or dismiss the most explosive allegations from President Donald Trump and his allies — that FBI officials and agents broke rules and laws in their pursuit of evidence, and deliberately sought to derail Trump’s candidacy.
