Mangopolous ran for congress and was in a televised debate with 2 other candidates. Enyart televised the debate on his show. Mangopolous concentrated solely on the issue of abortion. At one point Mangoplous said, "It's a shame that the television audience can not see the hands of my opponent since they are behind the podium. But if you could, you would notice that they are covered in blood."

How would you like to hear something like that during the next nationally televised presidential debates?
