Of course, it would be better to just admit that you want to overturn Roe vs. Wade, and less error prone, BUT...what do these semantics matter so long as the Republicans are allowing the democrats to filibuster the nominees anyway? Even if Bush had made the nominees swear an oath that they'd overturn RvW (and who knows for sure that he didn't!), the democrats would still be filibustering.

Christians have been using this strategy for 25 years.

Reagan and Bush Sr. weren't concerned with the courts the way Bush II is.

We're wasting our time fighting against the filibuster because, even if we win, it's only going to result in more pro-abortion judges on the bench.

Exactly, Jefferson. Christians take the bait when RePubs say they're pro-life. Then the Reps turn around and do whatever they want. It has to start with us and what we do.
