Iran having a revolution?

The worst thing that DT could do if he wants change in Iran is explicitly support it. And the second-worst is to undo the nuclear deal forged by the Obama administration and other nations with Iran.

It would be truly awesome if Iran fixed itself. 80 million people is a huge market.

If my math's right, the 51st state, Iran, would have more representation in Congress and in presidential elections, than California, Texas, and Ohio combined. I wonder if they'd vote Repub or Dem? Admitting new states to the Union might be just the party shakeup that we need to get us out of this rut we're in.

Already, the mullahs are using Trump's support for the protestors as way of discrediting them. Trump has become a patsy for the Iranian regime.

What a joke. Obama was a puppet for the "regime".

Obama led a coalition, imposing sanctions that forced the regime to end it's nuclear weapons program, and permit inspectors to check their nuclear energy sites.

Which also led to the protests. When Iran complied with the coalition demands, they were again allowed to sell oil on the world market. However, the Iranian public expected the money to be used to improve conditions for the average Iranian. When it didn't, the protests began.

Now Trump has done exactly what the Iranian regime wants him to do. By supporting the protesters, he allows the regime to portray them as agents of the United States.

Trump's secretary of state is right; he is a moron.
