Hi to all and much disagreement about salvation and how we are saved !!

In Eph 1:10 it reads : With a view to ( THE ) DISPENSATION of the FULNESS of TIMES , TO HEAD UP THE ALL THINGS / TA PANTA in Christ , both the things in the Heavens and the things upon the earth --- in HIM !!

So what does this all mean ??

#1, The first verb is HE MIGHT GATHER is in the AORIST TENSE and looks back to all those saved by GRACE or the MYSTERY !!~

#2 , In reading the KJV it left out the Greek ARTICLE THE and context , it reads THE ALL THINGS / TA PANTA and this points to a SPECIFIC THINGS , and that is the B O C !!

#3, THE ALL THINGS means all those in the Body of Christ , THAT ARE " in Christ " and means all those in HEAVEN and all those on the EARTH !!

#4 IN HIM is similar , like " in Christ ".

#5 No other group in INCLUDED , ONLY people saved by the MYSTERY !!

The Greek word FULLNESS is and OP all by it self !!

If you are not saved by GRACE and followed the PATTERN set down by Paul will you be there ??

God opens your HEART in Acts 9 and Acts 16:14 and THEN He GIVES the faith to believe Eph 2:8 and then Rom 10:9 kicks in and you are saved !!

Yo - KJV corrector - there is no Acts 165:14 :chuckle:

Israel has been converted into a kingdom.

"He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins." (Colossians 1:13-14)

Hi and here along I thought that Jesus was a KING of the Jews and that is the Kingdom ??

Your Col 1:13-`14 is OUT of context for Jesus Kingdom of HEAVEN !!

Who do you suppose is the King of Israel?

"He will be great and will be called the Son of the Highest, and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever and of His kingdom there will be no end." (Luke 1:32-33)

Hi and I just corrected it FROM Jew to Jesus , sorry !!

Jesus is the King of the Jews and KING in the Millennium !!
