There is only one logical answer, but most have been taught one thing or another, but rarely is it "I don't know".

God is triune. Replenish means to make full, just as relax means to make lax, etc.

I'm not sure why, but I suspect you use an old translation, to support a false belief that God created different races?
The KJV uses the word 'replenish', which at the time of that translation meant 'to fill' or fill up'...It does not mean to refill / replenish. English words sometimes evolve...change meaning. (Another example...the word 'gay')
Lets see what modern translations say...

"Where did the races come from?"...The question is racist in nature suggesting that other people groups are a different race from yourself. That type of belief, common after Darwin lead to increased racism and even genocides. Too bad people hadn't believed God's Word... We are all one blood. (Confirmed by science... All people in the world are about 99.9% genetically the same). The slight differences between people groups like pygmies, Caucasians, aborigines, Asians, and even Neandertals are easily explained by secluded people groups after the tower of Babel. More or less melanin, or a mutation causing a fold in the eyelid does not exclude anyone from being a descendant of "first Adam"; nor does any physical trait exclude any human from being a brother or sister of ours...because of what "Last Adam" did at the cross.

is God black?

God is of no colour nor gender. God is an androgene, of pure colourless energy.

Man was created by God, male and female created he them and named them Adam.

Adam=Mankind is an androgynous body of male and female cells, as is God in whose image Adam was created.

Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Where is Eve?

Gen 2:15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
Where is "Go and replenish the earth?"

Gen 1:25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
Created the beast of the earth.
Where are the beast of the field?

Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
Gen 2:20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
Where in Gen 1 does it say God created anything from the earth?

Where in Gen 1 does it say God created anything from the earth?

Genesis 1: 11; And God said, "Let the earth bring forth grass, herbs fruit trees etc.

From the earth they were created.

Genesis 1: 24; And God said, "Let the earth bring forth the living creatures after their kind etc.

From the earth they were created.

Every living thing on this planet is created from the earthly elements.

You are body, soul and spirit. Your body is created from the universal elements, and it is activated by the universal soul, which is the animating principle that pervades the entire universal body, activating everything within the universe, from the wave particles to the subatomic particles that make up the atoms which are the building blocks of the molecules from which the universal body is created. It is to the universal soul=LIFE-FORCE, that all information = SPIRIT is gathered.

“YOU” the mind, are spirit. The body in which you, [The mind] are developing as the supreme head and controller of that body, is made up of the universal elements, which is activated by the soul [Animating life force] to which all the spirit [gathered information] of all your ancestors, human and prehuman, has been gathered in its evolution to become who you are, and that parental spirit dwells behind the veil of the flesh to the inner most sanctuary of its earthly tabernacle=tent, which is your body.

If that body in which your parental spirit dwells, were born without the sense of sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, etc, then no information whatsoever could be taken into the brain, and “YOU” who are spirit [Gathered information] could never have begun to develop and the living body, in which the parental spirit dwells, would soon die, never having developed a personality = “CONTROLLING GODHEAD” to that body.
,
When the body in which you [the mind] are being formed, dies, [This is the first death] and your body: “skin, flesh, muscle, blood, bone, brain matter etc, etc,” has returned to the universal elements from which it was created, all that remains, is a shadow or rather, a facsimile of YOU = the mind=spirit, that has been imprinted into the universal life force=soul, from which it will be resurrected in the next cycle of universal activity.*Unless of course, the information=spirit that is “YOU” is divided from the universal life-force, which is the second death. For the spirit=information that is you, can be divided from the universal soul. Hebrews 4: 12.---------“For the word of God is alive and active, sharper than any two edged sword. It cuts all the way through to the division of the soul and spirit.”

Did God look among the animals for a help meet for Adam? In Gen 1 God said "male and female he created them".

Gen 2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
No field or rain in Gen 1.

Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
No animal of the field in Gen 1.

Cain took a wife from those that had been created in Gen 1. It is the only thing that makes sense and it does not go against the word of God only the doctrine of man.

God has set up laws from the beginning. We don't see the scripture of the laws given to Adam, but we know that God does not change.
For an example, we did not read that they should make sacrifices to God, but they did. The same is true of this scripture.

Lev 18:11 The nakedness of thy father's wife's daughter, begotten of thy father, she is thy sister, thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.

The races of the people on earth were created in Gen 1. Adam and Eve were created in Gen 2.

No... God is not a racist, and He did not create different races of people. All people groups are one race...all descendants of Adam. God's Word tells us all humanity is descendants of one man.

Your belief compromises, if not destroys the gospel. God's Word tells us we are all one blood. We are all descendants of Adam, and death came into the world through his sin. "Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned—for before the law was given, sin was in the world. But sin is not taken into account when there is no law. Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses," Rom. 5

Also...1 Corinthians 15:21–22*
“… For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.”

Two things here.

1. Who would ever believe that just because God created different races that would make him a racist?

2. Adam in Gen 1 was not his name but referred to mankind. In Gen 2 God named the man Adam.

Your belief compromises, if not destroys the gospel. God's Word tells us we are all one blood. We are all descendants of Adam, and death came into the world through his sin. Here we see that we should not question God but accept it.

Rom 9:20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
Rom 9:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
Rom 9:22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
Rom 9:23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,
Rom 9:24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

The first man Adam refers to the man he called 'Adam'.
Make note of this also, in Gen 1 God created man.
In Gen 2 the LORD God(the God that Jews know as their God) created the man called 'Adam'.
