One is a reputation, one is a thanks.

One adds points to your reputation, one is just a thanks for your post.


These are 4 icons to click for:

to thank a post (Thanks)

to add someone's posts to your blog, if you have created a blog (Blog this post)

to give reputation points to a member (two arrows, one up one down ---- up for positive and down for negative)

to report a post for some infraction (a triangle with an exclamation point in it)
