"MISFIT MANISFESTO" is not misfit, because egalitarianism has been trying to make everything 'equal' for years. It is actually mainstream. It is the dominant view of media, entertainment and education.
As another current example of it, notice how the UCLA shooting is headlined: "Two Dead." One newspaper even says "2 Victims." So now murder and MURDERER are 'equal.' Or notice that dead is not murdered!
