and thinking that she would or could understand them

No, I don't take it personally. I am just amazed that fundamentalists seem to be able to ignore the pain and suffering done either by the Bible's god or on his behalf, in both Old Testament times and thereafter.

Ignore? Or offer perspectives on that you don't like?

I honestly can't think of any pain or suffering caused by God or done on His behalf that I ignore. Maybe I'm just amazing at ignoring things. :idunno:

Perhaps "ignore" was not the right word. "Rationalize" might be better
