And when are people born again? Scriptures say:
NAS 1 Peter 1:3 (a)Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead
When Christ resurrected, we were made alive TOGETHER with Him (Col 2:13; Eph 2:4, 5), born again to a living hope. Hence, we were humanly born "in Christ".
No they aren't. They are reconciled to him. He is not counting their trespasses against them. They will receive his life when they trust what he did.

Jesus said one must be born of the spirt to be with him. You have vastly over complicated the matter of being with Christ in faith, going through Christ in route to the Father.
All peoples simply means all. And all peoples were drawn to him. The people did not go by themselves, they simply can't; they were drawn to Christ by the Father (John 6:44). And "in Christ" Who is our life (Col 3:4), people were made spiritually alive (Col 2:13; Eph 2:4, 5). And then they can believe, repent, etc.

Yes, the universalism of God's love. We were saved, are being saved, but only overcomers will finally make it to the heavenly kingdom.
And trusting is a spiritual act doable only by the spiritually alive, by those who are "in Christ".
Judgment day is not here yet. No one is saved yet, friend.

You don't get to claim to be saved.

The staying follows after people are "in Christ", having been drawn by the Father. And only those who decide to stay - those who overcome evil with good - will not be blotted out from the book of life (Rev 3:5).
NKJ Revelation 3:5 "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.
NKJ Revelation 21:27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
NKJ Revelation 20:15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
